You don’t change
by piling up actions.
You pile up proof.
Three months in, you no longer wonder whether you’re moving: you can see it. Every finished task becomes evidence of who you are becoming, and your days, your projects and your goals for the year finally live in one place. On the web, on your computer, and without a connection for what you tick off daily.

You don’t have a motivation problem.
You have an evidence problem. Nobody runs six months on willpower, and everybody keeps going once they can see it working.
"I work all day, and by the evening I couldn’t tell you what actually moved."
Every evening, you see exactly what the day produced.
"I’ve tried the lists, the apps, the January resolutions. They last three weeks."
You never start from zero: your track record carries you.
"I know where I want to go. I don’t know what that changes on Monday at 9am."
Monday at 9, the first move is already written, and you know why.
Three months in
What you actually get.
Not a promise of calm: three things you can check, with numbers behind them.
You stop wondering whether you’re moving
You no longer have an impression, you have a record: what you proved, which days, how many times. Sunday-night doubt loses its grip, because it runs into facts.
Your days stop being an accident
Your week is carved up before it starts, and every slot serves something you chose. Fewer evenings spent wondering where the day went.
Everything finally pulls the same way
Your tasks, your projects and your goals for the year stop living in three separate places. What you do on a Tuesday in March serves the person you want to be in December.
None of this comes from a miracle method: it comes from everything sitting in one place, and nothing getting lost.
Who are you deciding to be?
Not “I want to become”, but “I am”. The difference is not semantic: it is architectural. Every completed task becomes a vote for an identity you already embody. LifeOS counts that proof and gives you back your authenticity score.
Declare
You define who you are, not who you want to be. “I am someone who creates every day.”
Prove
Every task linked to that identity is worth +1 vote. Progress is factual, not emotional.
Measure
Your score over 7, 30 or 90 days. Trending up or down. No ambiguity.
Everything you need, nothing you don’t.
From intention to transformation: a complete system.
Identity Engine
Declare who you are, not who you want to become. Every completed action is worth +1 vote for that identity. A behaviour-change engine rather than a list of good resolutions: you see your identity score over 7, 30 or 90 days, and therefore whether your habits really hold over time.
Daily planner
Your day planned in 30-minute slots, with a built-in Pomodoro timer. A calendar and a schedule on a single screen, where every task you place is linked to an identity. Every day planned, every hour counted by life domain.
War Map and objectives
Project and yearly-objective tracking on a single map, from the month to the quarter. Your quarterly objectives carry measurable key results, linked to your identities: you see at a glance what is moving, what has stalled and what you dropped without saying so.
Habits
Daily habit tracking, straight from the Dashboard. Streaks, completion rates, custom colours, and every routine tied to an identity, so that consistency serves something instead of being an end in itself.
Life Compass
A radar over the areas that matter: health, relationships, money, meaning. A life-balance picture where one glance is enough to spot the area you have been neglecting for two months without noticing.
Universal capture
Fast note taking: jot an idea down in two seconds, wherever you are, with nothing to file. Your inbox then sorts into a task, a project or a “someday” note. Nothing is lost, nothing clutters you.
Life Tools
A library of guided thinking exercises to unblock one specific situation. Describe what is stuck, LifeOS offers the right tool and keeps a record of what you took from it.
Profile library
A hundred and eighteen starting points, sorted into the fourteen areas of life and searchable: founder, single parent, back to training, out of debt, remote work. A profile installs counters and habits already set up, which you can rename or remove. Nothing is locked.
Native app
A desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux, or installable straight from your browser. With no connection, your tasks, habits, objectives, projects and Planner stay usable: what you write is queued and syncs on the way back. The rest of the app needs a connection.
Start somewhere
A hundred and eighteen starting points, not a blank page.
The blank page is what kills most systems in the first week. Pick a profile close to your life, it installs counters and habits already set up, and you adjust from there.
- Fourteen areas of life, from business to family, with a search that also reads the names of the counters a profile installs.
- A profile creates ORDINARY counters: renamable, editable, removable. Nothing is locked, nothing marks the account.
- Nine profiles open on the free plan, the other hundred and nine with the subscription or the lifetime purchase.
How does it work?
A system built to turn your actions into identity.
Declare who you are (Identities)
Create your identities in the present tense: “I am someone who…”. Not an objective, not a wish: a statement you are going to prove.
Structure your projects (War Map)
Link your quarterly objectives to your identities. Every project serves a clear intention: nothing superfluous.
Plan every day (Planner)
Allocate slots to your priorities. Every completed task votes for your identity in real time.
Review and identity score
Every week, a factual picture: how much proof for each identity? You adjust. You start again, stronger.
Who is it for?
LifeOS is for people who have to hold a course with no boss around to remind them of it.
You work alone
Self-employed, freelance, creator: nobody sets your course, and that is the problem. LifeOS makes you declare that course yourself, then shows you every week whether your days look like it. The War Map holds your projects at the scale of a quarter, the Planner cuts the day into slots, and Sunday's review connects the two.
You scatter
Ideas everywhere, lists in four different apps, and nothing really moving. Universal capture takes anything in two seconds without asking you to file it, and you sort later: into a task, a project, or a someday. What matters ends up in a planned day, the rest waits without cluttering you.
You have tried to change before
Habits kept for three weeks, January goals forgotten by March. Here the unit is not the task but the identity: you do not tick off "run", you pile up proof that you are someone who takes care of their body. The score says where you stand, without judgement and without a streak you must never break.
You want to see your whole life
Not just work. The Life Compass puts the domains that matter (health, relationships, finances, meaning) on a single radar, and makes visible the one you have been neglecting for two months without noticing. The split of your time across domains comes from the slots you actually lived, not from your intentions.
Your data stays yours.
Three commitments you can verify, not three adjectives.
Exportable at any time
One button, one file, all of your content. No asking, no waiting.
Your tasks work with no connection
On a train, on a plane: you tick off tasks and habits, fill in your Planner, and it queues up and syncs when you are back online.
Leaving is built in
Permanent deletion of your account and your data, in one step, from settings.
No card required. The free plan stays free.
Simple, transparent, no surprises.

Pro is also available at €79 per year (€6.59 per month, -27%). No commitment, cancel any time.
Frequently asked questions
What people ask us most often before they start.
What is LifeOS, concretely?
A personal organisation app. You manage your tasks, your plan for the day, your habits and your yearly objectives in it, but connected to each other rather than scattered across four tools. Everything you do counts towards an identity you have declared, and it is that link which gives the list a meaning.
How is it different from a regular task app?
A todo list tells you what is left to do. LifeOS tells you what you are becoming. You declare an identity, "I am someone who creates every day", and every task you finish counts as proof for it. After a month you are no longer looking at an emptied list: you are looking at a score that says whether your days look like the person you described.
Do I have to use it every day for it to be useful?
No. The daily score is computed on what was planned for that day: a day with nothing planned does not penalise you. The weekly review keeps its value even if you only opened the app twice that week: that is precisely where you see what drifted.
How long does setting it up take?
A few minutes to declare a first identity and plan one day. The rest (the War Map, the quarterly objectives, the life compass) fills up over the weeks. Nothing forces you to configure everything before you begin.
Where is my data stored?
In a database hosted in Europe (Dublin), on your account only: every table enforces a security rule at the row level, so nobody but you can read your data, not even through a coding mistake. You can export it or delete your account from Settings, which erases everything.
Does it work offline? on mobile? on a computer?
All three. On the web, the app installs from the browser and keeps working with no network: what you write is queued and synchronised when the connection comes back. There is also a native app for macOS, Windows and Linux.
What happens if I stop for two weeks?
Nothing breaks, and no guilt-tripping reminders. Your habit streaks record the interruption (that is the point: they measure regularity), but your identities, your objectives and your history stay intact. You pick up where you left off.
Is it free?
There is a free version with the essentials (identities, tasks, planner, habits) and a paid version that unlocks the advanced features such as the Life Compass and the AI assistant. The details of both plans are further up this page.
